Chikako grew up in Kanagawa, Japan.

A year after meeting her husband, they moved from the Yokohama area to Sedona, Arizona, where since 1996 they have owned a fine art bronze foundry, Sedona Bronze. Over 20 years experience in the bronze sculpture industry has helped her to refine her skills.

Now she enjoys working with the elegance of Jewelry. Chikako has been working in her own studio since 2009 creating dichroic glass, cast and fabricated silver copper and bronze jewelry. Her work is currently being shown in Sedona and Japan.
