Share your talent, join the fun

As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, Sedona Arts Center depends on the support of volunteers. There are many ways to become involved, from event support and exhibit staffing to festival hosting and gallery assistance.

Current Needs

Volunteer opportunities

Volunteer Coordinator

Coordinate volunteers for events, exhibits, and the gallery shop, including scheduling, training, records, and staffing support.

Events Set Up & Strike Crew

Help prepare events with table and chair setup, tents, food and drink areas, decorating, and post-event strike.

Celebrate Sedona Crew

Support Celebrate Sedona, our large outdoor event, with setup, hospitality prep, decorating, and end-of-event cleanup.

Events Sales

Assist staff with sales during events, including artwork, beer and wine, tickets, festivals, receptions, and exhibits.

Exhibit Attendants

Staff rotating exhibits in the Special Exhibits Gallery, welcome guests, support sales, and learn about exhibiting artists.

Plein Air Festival Support

Host visiting artists or help during paint-outs, receptions, sales, artist setup, and festival events.
