Registration: Classes, Workshops, Field Expeditions

To pay by credit card: register online or call Sedona Arts Center at 928-282-3809, ext. 1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

To pay by check: make your check payable to Sedona Arts Center and mail to Sedona Arts Center, Attn: School Registration, PO Box 569, Sedona, AZ  86339. Be sure to include the class/workshop name and dates, instructor name, and your full name, mailing address, phone and email address. We must have all this information to complete your registration.


Registration & Cancellation

  • Each student must enroll individually.
  • Students may register online or by calling the Sedona Arts Center’s Administrative Office at 928-282-3809, ext. 1.

In-Person & Online Workshops

  • Payment in full is due upon registration, or a payment plan can be put in place by the student upon check-out through Sezzle when registering online.
  • There is a $125 Cancellation Fee for any cancellations made before the 30-day cut-off date prior to the first day of the workshop. Remaining balance will be refunded.
  • There are no refunds within 30-days of the first day of the workshop.
  • If Sedona Arts Center cancels the workshop for any reason, all payments made will be refunded in full.

Note: If traveling to Sedona, we strongly urge students to purchase refundable airline tickets or travel insurance in case of workshop cancellation due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen changes. Sedona Arts Center is not responsible for non-refundable ticket purchases or lodging fees.

In-Person & Online Classes

  • Classes must be paid in full upon registration.
  • If needed, students must cancel or transfer at least 7 days prior to the first day of class.
  • If a student cancels or transfers before the 7-day cut-off, a 15% fee will be applied.
  • If a student cancels within 7 days prior to class, there are no refunds.
  • If Sedona Arts Center cancels the class for any reason, all payments made will be refunded in full.

Field Expeditions

  • Each has its own customized deposit/payment schedule/refund policy. See “Cancellation Policy” tab within the individual workshop description.

Important Message

The Sedona Arts Center is not responsible for providing make-up sessions or issuing refunds, credits, or transfers for courses missed as a result of illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control. There are absolutely no refunds after the cut-off date for any reason, unless the Sedona Arts Center has to cancel the workshop, then all fees paid will be refunded in full.

Travel Information

From Phoenix Airport: The closest major airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor. Begin your creative adventure with a 2-hour drive through the spectacular Sonoran Desert – a peaceful space of endless horizons, ancient saguaros, carpets of blooming wildflowers, and beautiful mountain vistas. Car rentals are available at the airport, but if you would rather relax and enjoy the scenery, shuttles are available to deliver you right to your hotel door in Sedona.

Driving from Phoenix: If you are driving from the south: I-17 intersects I-10 in Phoenix. Drive north on I-17 to the Sedona exit, State Route 179. Uptown Sedona is a 15 mile scenic drive from the exit, taking you through breathtaking red rock country made famous by western movies including Broken Arrow with James Stewart and John Wayne’s Angel and the Badman.

Driving from Flagstaff: You can drive down beautiful Oak Creek Canyon on State Route 89A following the creek through a lush forest of pine, sycamore, and oak trees or take I-17 south following the crest of the Mogollon Rim down to the State Route 179 Sedona exit. Either way the views are stunning. Be aware that Flagstaff sits at a 7,000 foot elevation with freezing temperatures and snowfall.
