Born in Chicago and currently residing in Goodyear, Arizona, Sondra Tregre-Stanley is a contemporary artist with works in acrylic and mixed media. She received a B.F.A. from Xavier University of Louisiana; New Orleans, Louisiana; with advanced studies from Kansas City Art Institute; Kansas City, Missouri. Sondra is best known for detailed designs with vibrant colors drawing influence from African and Cubist art. She has participated in groups exhibits receiving awards in 2024 Arts and Women (Arts to Heart )publication; 2024 Camelback Art Gallery; Scottsdale, Arizona; 2024 Wham Community Art Center; Surprise, Arizona; 2025 Gallerium People Exhibition publication; 2025 Artistonish-August publication; 2025 Herberger Theatre (big exhibit); Phoenix, Arizona; 2025 -2026 Bella Fine Art Gallery (currently on exhibit).
