God’s Eye is a little pond in the Austrian Alps. Inside, there is a round island of cotton grass, forming an image of an eye. With a glacial mountain in the background, it is a godly place.

Dr Iris Yang
Dr. Iris Yang (Qing Yang) is an author of three historical novels, two photo books (“Enjoy Flower I” and “Enjoy Flower II” published in China), and a dozen Chinese magazine articles with photos (one of her photos was used as the cover of China Nature). Her photos have won a few photo contests. She also has a Ph.D. in molecular biology. Her historical trilogy about the Flying Tigers—Wings of a Flying Tiger, Will of a Tiger, Legacy of the Tigers—has been published by Open Books. She was interviewed on National Public Radio, and she was a guest speaker at the Flying Tigers WWII Veterans 78th Anniversary Reunion. As an avid hiker, she is passionate about nature photography including landscapes, flowers, birds, and other animals.
