July is beginning to heat up and the monsoons are providing some very painting-worthy clouds. I hope you take advantage if painting clouds is something you enjoy…
July is also the beginning of a new fiscal year for us. We have a great year lined up and I hope you are excited as we are to experience our FACE(S) themed offerings. The word, “face”, can be a noun or a verb and connotes many things. We first think of a person or animal’s actual face – that shows expression or emotion. It could also be the outward aspect of something; or the surface of an object, cliff or mountain, building or watch. As a verb, the word takes on motion – as to face something or point in a specific direction or confront or deal with a situation. We invite artists to interpret FACE(S) with each Call to Artists as we move through the year.
Just a reminder that we have themed our exhibits since 2022 – starting with STORIES (FY23), 65 (FY24), and ELEMENTS (FY25). The following is our exhibit schedule for FY26:
