Jesse Petersen

Jesse Petersen

Jesse Petersen is an artist and entrepreneur who thrives at the intersection of creativity and well-being. With a deep passion for painting and empowering others to create, she believes that art is a powerful tool for mindfulness, helping us slow down, take a deep breath, and truly notice the world around us. Jesse offers online courses in art journaling and mixed media, as well as in-person workshops for all skill levels. Her teaching goes beyond technique—through themed projects and insightful prompts, she encourages you to cultivate creative habits, grow as an artist, and embrace art as a form of self-care. Whether you’re picking up a brush for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, Jesse is here to support your creative journey.

Jesse is a genuine, amazing person who creates prompts and projects that are accessible to everyone!

Jesse's laid back style and her strong passion for her work shines through. She's easy to learn from and always encouraging "you be you".

She was phenomenal!

What an amazing teacher. She teaches without being pendantic, and I feel like the options are wide open, I could do just the bare assignment or build on each assignment as I feel I can.
