My work has been represented nationally in select galleries, invitational and competitive solo and group art exhibitions, and my work is included in private and corporate collections. I have accomplished public interior installations for libraries, hospitals, offices, and museums, and have received numerous grants to pursue art projects. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Art from Wayne State University; Detroit, MI. I was the Assistant Train Manager and Artist-in-Residence on the Michigan Artrain: Upper Midwest Tour. More recently, I am the Founder of Fiber Arts Sedona, who exhibited as a group in the Sedona City offices. I served as a former President for the Sedona Visual Artists Coalition, and received a City of Sedona Visual Arts Grant. I was greatly influenced by summer art studies in Italy, by my architect father’s exposure to unusual uses for common objects, and I find much inspiration now through travels and, of course, the landscapes surrounding Sedona. I and my photographer husband have been happily living in Sedona for over 15 years.
