Christopher Leitch (He/Him)
Christopher Leitch is a visual artist and art historian. He earned an MA in Art History from Goddard College in Vermont and his BFA from Kansas City Art Institute. He has served as Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs at Kansas City Art Institute, consulting curator with the Center for Creative Studies, University of Missouri-Kansas City and the Lighton International Artists Exchange Program; and as director of Kansas City Museum at Corinthian Hall. Articles by and about him have appeared in American Craft; Art in America; ArtPapers Atlanta; New Art Examiner; Fashion Theory; Ceramics: Art and Perception; New American Paintings, v. 53, The Open Studios Press; Drawing from Life, Jennifer New, ed. The Princeton Architectural Press; International Textile Design Directory. He lives and works in Merriam, Kansas near Kansas City.
