“Embrace the Struggle” is an inspirational presentation by Chris Navarro, one of Arizona’s finest and most prolific sculptors currently being honored with an exhibition at the Phippen Museum in Prescott through April 21st. His talk and digital presentation will bring to light how personal struggle and artistic struggle are part of the process of creativity. Known for his rodeo and cowboy monumental sculptures he makes the connection between his days as a bull rider to his artistic work. Regardless of how many struggles and physical injuries he has suffered, he remains undaunted, and constantly seeks new challenges, especially in the art world. Navarro was also selected as the Honored Artist for the 2015 Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West in Cody, Wyoming.
